CLASSES WE OFFER
We all have different goals and preferences when it comes to our training, which is why we offer multiple classes and program types for you to choose from when you become a member of Chalk.
1. STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
A functional and interval style program that incorporates strength cycles and shorter bouts of conditioning. People who do this program want to build strength, gain muscle, and like the technical side training with the incorporation of Olympic lifting.
Cardio- and core-intensive workouts that don't require prior weightlifting experience, but do require willingness to work hard! With a focus on dumbbell, kettlebell, cardio, and bodyweight movements, Sweat! is a great way to mix it up.
3. OPEN GYM
We offer several Open Gym times throughout each day where the gym is yours to do whatever you'd like. Come and run through a WOD you missed, meet up with friends for a METCON, or just an old-fashioned bro session.
ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS ON OUR APP
Every Chalk member will have full access to our daily programming app, which includes 3 additional programs that you can follow along at home or during open gym:
Our Bodyweight ONLY program that you can do anywhere! However, these babies are HARD. Definitely NOT your typical Bodyweight workouts.
2. THE DAILY D:
A minimal equipment, minimal time, or traveler program. This program only requires a set of DBs, a pull-up bar, and a jump rope. When you only have 20 minutes, this is THE GO TO program!
3. FULL BODY AESTHETICS:
Our more traditional bodybuilding program for those of you out there looking to strictly put muscle on and focus primarily on aesthetic goals. While this program does not have conditioning, we always recommend that everyone do a cycle or 2 of this throughout the year. There’s so many benefits to doing a program like this for everyone!
